These were the words of Zambales Vice Governor Jay Khonghun. He believes that even though there is a pandemic, it doesn’t mean that he should stop caring for other things that also matter. He reported on Facebook that projects for those in need are still continuing up to this day. He shared photos of his satellite offices that are open to receive any query or concern from constituents.
