Yap issues new Covid-19 protocols in Tarlac
Tarlac Governor Susan Yap on Tuesday issued the latest guidelines and health and safety protocols implemented in the province until April 30.
She urged Tarlac residents to take note of the updated protocols and “share them with your families and loved ones.”
“Thank you so much for your cooperation. Kailangang kailangan po natin ipatupad ito, para sa ating kaligtasan. Ito ay isang paraan upang makatulong sa ating pamayanan sa paglaban sa virus. Stay safe, Tarlaqueños!” Yap said.
The governor said all local chief executives in Tarlac are mandated to establish isolation and
quarantine facilities, and enforce guarding of border control points.
Yap reminded local leaders that only Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs) from the “NCR Plus” areas (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal) shall be required to present a negative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) or Antigen Swab test result.
The test should have been taken within 72 hours prior to the entry in the territorial jurisdiction of Tarlac, she said.
All essential travel shall comply with the requirements of the provincial government, including securing a travel pass, Yap said.
Curfew hours are from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. and the liquor ban is extended until April 30.
