Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando on Thursday announced the suspension of work and school in the province on Friday, November 13, following the onslaught of Typhoon “Rolly.”

But certain essential offices including disaster response and health agencies were still required to go to work, the governor said.

“Subalit ang mga tanggapan sa DRRM, Health, Social Welfare and Development, Public Works at iba pang kinakailangan ng dagliang pagtugon ay mananatiling bukas,” he said
