WATCH: Everything that happened during Tarlac’s first lechon festival
Not only does it promote that Pinoy pork is safe, it also brought together a lot of Tarlaqueños for an afternoon filled with fun memories.
Tarlac’s first ever lechon festival may have passed a week ago but Governor Susan Yap is not quite over it yet. She and her team made a video of what went down during the event at Maria Christina Park. Lechon was cooked on the spot and table after table was covered with banana leaves for a boodle fight-styled lunch. This is again to promote that pork in Tarlac is free of African swine flu.
