Baliwag Mayor Ferdie Estrella is a certified vlogger.
For his ninth vlog, he visited the city market and was challenged by his staff to buy ingredients for five dishes with only P1,000 in his pocket. But the vlog wasn’t just all fun, he also made use of the time to educate his followers with new normal guidelines observed at the market.
