Villar, Roman join forces in women’s event
Senatorial aspirant Cynthia Villar and Bataan Rep. Geraldine Roman have joined forces last month in Dinalupihan for women’s empowerment.
Together with Geraldine’s mother, former Rep. Herminia Roman, Gina de Venecia and 8000 other women, the two politiko attended Kabaka’s 22nd anniversary.
“Kabaka is an organization that aims to help empower women in Bataan by providing training programs and other means of support that will allow them to make their own living instead of relying on others, such as their husbands or fathers,” said Roman.
What’s more, Villar also promised to provide livelihood projects in Bataan, and provide more help for the province’s fisherfolk.
