Victoria Tarlac Mayor Christian Yap continues to give.
As we continue to follow the public life of this mayor, he continues to distribute wheelchairs and monoblock chairs for the elderly. His municipality held a recent event wherein they officially awarded medical equipment and chairs to grateful beneficiaries. On Facebook, he shared photos of the gift-giving event that showcased the happiness of the recipients as the young mayor exchanged handshakes and smiles with all of them.
