Despite healthcare being a basic human right, not all Filipinos have access to one.

Local governments make it their duty to fill this gap for their less fortunate constituents. Medical missions keep the health of many in check while not asking any cent in return. Victoria Tarlac Mayor Christian Yap recently held one at Baranggay Lalapac. His dedicated team was able to provide free medical services and medicine for many patients in need of help. He shared photos on Facebook and thanked everyone behind the success of the medical mission.
