Victoria Councilors took a trip down Manila to visit a research department

Just before February ended, Victoria Councilor Michael Villar Agustin, along with other councilors of Victoria, Tarlac, took a quick Manila trip. It wasn’t to stroll around the capital and escape from their duties in Victoria; it was actually for work.
While not divulging any details, Councilor Agustin’s hashtag in his Facebook post said it all—#parasabayan. He and his colleagues, Artemio Roque, Eric Saguyod, and Tani Guiam, visited the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. They stopped by the Research Publication and Heraldry Division.
Any guesses as to what they’re working on?
