San Jose Nueva Ecija Vice Mayor Glenda Felimon Macadangdang is born a leader.
When she’s not officiating meetings, she looks very sweet and dainty but once she takes her leadership stance, the vice mayor transforms. Recently, she led the National Evaluation/Validation day of the local government of San Jose City. The whole team is gunning for the Seal of Good Local Governance 2019.
And looking at everybody’s hard work, it seems that the prize is not far from reality.
