A gentle yet strict reminder for all Masantol motorcycle drivers!
Masantol Vice Mayor Boboy Lacap took to Facebook to remind his constituents that the police is strictly implementing the Traffic Code of Masantol, Pampanga. Under this ordinance, all motorcycle drivers are required to install mufflers with silencers or other similar devices to their motorcycles in order to “avoid irritating noise in the use and operation of the same.” They will be penalized for first to three offenses including required hours of community service.
No one is exempted from the law so to avoid inconveniences on the road, please make sure to have a muffler installed before taking that motorcycle out for a spin!
