Vice Governor Nanay Lilia Pineda focuses on social services for Kapampangans

Although she may have assumed a lower position, former Governor and now Vice Governor of Pampanga Lilia Pineda remains to be the region’s nanay.
She recently met up with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Provincial Social Welfare Office (PSWDO) to be in deep discussion regarding Pampanga’s current social services and programs. She specifically asked DSWD Regional Director Marites Maristela and PSWDO Head Elizabeth Baybayan to give their energies on skills-based training and monitoring projects. Nanay Lilia sees these types of programs as uplifting for the lives of her beloved Kapampangans.
