For Bataan Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Filipino hospitality is a must. She recently led the welcoming of officials from the Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP). They came all the way from Lapu-Lapu city so the vice governor made sure she had her biggest smile on. Her warmth immediately radiated and the visitors had nothing but praises for the hospitable host.
