On her days off and behind the scenes of her job as mayor, Donya Tesoro is like any girl who likes having fun. On Instagram, she shared a video of her dancing the Head and Shoulders’ Dance move while inside the car.
This caught the attention of many as it was refreshing to see the goofy side of a beautiful mayor as Donya Tesoro herself.
