Work comes first.
Since the economy was badly hit by COVID-19, Tarlac Governor Susan Yap is making sure to assist the vulnerable sectors. She partnered with the office of Congressman Vic Yap and TESDA to give starter tool kits for 200 beneficiaries. A tool kit contains equipment for baking and pastry making, kitchen and food preparation, plumbing, welding and more.
