Tarlac Governor Susan Yap is forever thankful for every help that she can get.
She took to Facebook to thank Provincial Agriculturist Alice Cruz who through her help, the LGU was able to procure farming machines and share it with the other Tarlaqueño families.
The goal is to help farmers have a more bountiful harvest.
