Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles has officially launched the Kaisa song on Facebook.
In one video, she proudly showcased Tarlac’s people, food, culture, sceneries and a lot more with the Kaisa theme song as background music. Different faces from different walks of life were featured including children, policemen, farmers, drivers, students–the list goes on.
