This Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles wanted to emphasize to her constituents. It was extracted from the statement of Mr. Samuel Sumilang, Chief Nurse of the TALA Hospital. He was one of the first recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine in the Philippines.
