Tarlac City launches on air school program for farmers
The Tarlac City Agriculture Office, in cooperation with the Provincial Agriculture Office, has launched a radio program that aims to educate and assist farmers in the province in planting high value crops.
The project is dubbed as as “Kitang Swak na Swak na Gulay na Tumpak” School on the Air on High Value Crops Blended with Farmer’s Class program.
“The School on the Air project is a series of radio programs, presenting the subject matter systematically and in a progressive manner, aired for a period of not less than three months,” the agriculture office said.
Vice Governor Carlito S. David attended the launching of the project.
