Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles led Monday the start of the weeklong celebration for the 20th Charter Anniversary of the city.
After the flag-raising ceremony, a mass was held, which was attended by Vice Mayor Genaro Mendoza, City Councilors Vlad Rodriguez, Ricky Diolazo, Weng Quiroz, Cesar Go, Jojo Briones and Abel Basangan, as well as the department heads and employees of the City Government.
Angeles enjoined the city hall employees to participate and enjoy in the festivities lined up for the cityhood anniversary.
These include the 1st Mayor Cristy Angeles Cycle and Recycle Bike Fun Ride on April 19; Tarlac City Adobo Festival on April 19 at Tarlac City Plazuela; Tarlac E-Sports League [TESL] National Tournament on April 19 to 20 at City Walk; Barangay Night on April 20 at Tarlac City Plazuela; Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan Caravan on April 21 at Metrotown Mall; and Party at the By-pass on April 21 at San Sebastian-San Vicente By-pass Road. #
