It was the 76th birthday of President Rodrigo Duterte last Sunday.
Talavera Mayor Nerivi Martinez greeted the president via Facebook. She shared her greeting last 2019 when she referred to the president as the “strongest and bravest leader” the Philippines has ever had. She wished for good health and long life for the president.
