SBMA recognized for excellent HR management
The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority has received an award from the Civil Service Commission-Central Luzon for outstanding management of its workforce.
The CSC’s Region 3 office conferred on SBMA the Prime-HRM Bronze Award for its “excellence in human resource development,” SBMA chair and administrator Wilma Eisma said in a Facebook post.
Eisma received the award from CSC director Randy Tababa on Monday morning at the SBMA Administration Building in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
The CSC said the SBMA met the Prime-HRM Level 2 Maturity Indicators for all the four core HRM systems of the CSC.
These indicators are recruitment, selection and placement; performance management; learning and development; and rewards and recognition.
