Back in November 2017, Santa Ignacia Mayor Nora Modomo was filled with elation and pride.
It was a team effort that granted a Seal of Good Local Governance for the Municipality of Santa Ignacia. She thanked everyone in her staff for their hard work and dedication to serve.
This year, she remembers the recognition and continues to be of good service to her constituents.
