San Manuel Mayor Donya Tesoro has a knack for looking at the positive side of things—but also challenging the optimism as thoughts come and go.
She took to Instagram to briefly share her thoughts on climate change and its adverse effects. “ If not, then Filipinos will only get poorer and poorer dahil sa sunud-sunod na kalamidad.. Many of our constituents lost their jobs due to covid, and now many of our farmers face crop damages due to the typhoon,” she wrote on her Instagram caption.
