San Jose del Monte Bulacan Mayor Arthur Robes loves love.
He recently officiated the civil weddings of five couples. The mayor was grateful to have witnessed the love of these young lovebirds. He was happy to share a quote for them and for his Facebook friends from Mignon McLaughlin. It reads, ” A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.”
