San Jose City teaches 4Ps beneficiaries about rabbit farming

May 19, 2018 @ 3:59

The local government of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija has conducted a seminar on rabbit farming or cuniculture among the beneficiaries of the conditional cash transfer program.

The seminar held at the City Hall aims to provide the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4Ps beneficiaries sustainable livelihood.

According to George Natividad who conducted the seminar, cuniculture is easier to do compared to other livelihood projects, such as piggery.

According to Wikipedia, cuniculture is the agricultural practice of breeding and raising domestic rabbits as livestock for their meat, fur, or wool.
