San Fernando wraps up vaccine drive for health workers, targets seniors next
San Fernando City has wrapped up its vaccine rollout for health workers under the A1 target group, according to the city health office.
The next target is A2 or senior citizens, officials said in a statement.
As of April 15, some 1,717 San Fernando residents have been administered vaccines, wth 1,231 given the Sinovac dose and 940 given the AstraZeneca dose, according to the city health office led by officer-in-charge Dr. Carlos Mercado.
Senior citizens are expected to receive their shots once the new batch of vaccines arrives.
