San Fernando City responders give demo of emergency equipment
San Fernando City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) has shared insights on effective emergency response capability, through a static display, for the residents in the city.
The activity, which was held on Wednesday, July 18, at Vista Mall, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, was in line with the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM).
CDRRMO showed the participants the different equipment and gears used for rope, water, and ambulance rescues, and tools for extrication activities and for collapsed structure search and rescues.
The City Information Office said it also distributed Information Education Campaign (IEC) materials that the participants could utilize during calamities or any unfortunate occurrence.
The NDRM 2018’s emergency response capability static display would end Friday, July 20.
