San Fernando bares plans for youth development

The San Fernando City government has revealed new plans for youth development in the city.
In a virtual meeting, the City Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) reported that the three-year comprehensive development plan for the Fernandino youth is centered on nine core areas aligned with the administration’s agenda.
The plan was presented before the City Local Development Council members, led by Pampanga Rep. Aurelio Gonzales, Jr. and San Fernando City Mayor Edwin Santiago.
Presenters Loriette Lero and John Paul Correa of the LYDO said the core areas are health, economic empowerment, education, active participation, social inclusion and equity, peace building and security, environment, governance and global mobility.
Each of the areas has its respective programs, projects, and activities which will be in effect from 2022 to 2024.
