Roman thanks Speaker Arroyo for bringing relief goods to Bataan
Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldine Roman gave her “sincerest gratitude” to Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, who conducted relief operations in Dinalupihan.
Arroyo decided to personally give relief operations to residents affected by heavy flooding there. Roman’s district is one of 10 district congressmen identified to be badly hit by recent calamities that should be given immediate relief.
“The time spent with us, the sincere love and care for the victims of floodings in Bataan, the relief goods that were distributed to those in need, are all deeply appreciated by Bataeños. It was an act straight from the heart,” said Roman.
“Pampanga and Bataan share a deep bond, and we are truly grateful to our new Speaker for joining the relief efforts in our district and giving hope to our people. Stay strong, Bataan!” she added.
