Roman reminds Pinoys on what to do during an earthquake
Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldine Roman is reminding Filipinos on what to do in case of an earthquake.
The politiko made the reminder after a 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit Lombok, Indonesia, claiming the lives of more than 400 people.
“To my fellow Filipinos, please make sure that in the event of an earthquake, stay away from trees, powerlines, buildings and other structures if you are outdoors. If indoors, stay away from windows and any other furniture that is in danger of toppling over,” said Roman.
“If you can’t find a quick exit, duck under a sturdy table. Here is a more detailed guide from PHIVOLCS which we all have to read carefully and share with our loved ones,” she added.
