Roman hails FEU community’s ‘inclusive hearts’
Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldine Roman was extra happy to talk about the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community at the Far Eastern University (FEU) on Sunday, March 4.
That’s because Roman said FEU was the first university in the Philippines that allowed students to dress up according to their gender identity.
“They did not lose anything in the process but gained happier students,” said the first transgender politiko of the country.
“Thank you for your inclusive hearts!” she added.
