Roman calls for intellectual property rights promotion
Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldine Roman has great respect for Filipino creators.
That’s why the politiko reminded the public to protect intellectual property rights as the country observes National Intellectual Property Rights Month in April.
In a Facebook post, Roman’s staff said she believes that “we must show to the world that we Filipinos respect intellectual property rights.”
“Miss G also advocates that all Filipinos, from government officials down to ordinary individuals, help support and promote our very own intellectual, literary and artistic creators, our own scientists and inventors,” read Roman’s post.
“This is the only way by which creativity amongst us will be encouraged and developed. Protect original creators. Iwasan at pigilan ang pamemeke!” the post added.
