Nueva Ecija 3rd District Representative Rosanna “Ria” Vergara was one of the guests of the Archdiocesan Congress of the Year of the Lingayen parish.
The event was held on Sunday, June 11.
In the photos, Vergara wore a black and light blue ensemble as she shared her thoughts before a large Catholic crowd.
