There’s no rest day for Mayor Rey Catacutan of Capas, Tarlac.
Just the start of this week, he released the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS)’ financial aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The AICS is a program of the DSWD to help marginalized and disadvantaged individuals. Photos of the mayor inside a conference room and a covered court were shared on Facebook. He is seen hard at work with other colleagues who only wish to serve the public in the best way they can.
