What could be this super secret meeting?
Even with the cold weather and heavy rains, Subic Mayor Jon Khonghun and his colleagues did not fail to show up. They had to talk about a serious matter on hand. While details have not been disclosed by the mayor as to what the meeting was about, it seems that only brighter plans are ahead for Subic.
