Bataan Gov. Albert Garcia on Monday reminded his constituents that authorities were still strictly enforcing lockdown protocols, meaning only essential travels to and from the province shall be allowed.

Garcia said the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine was still in full effect in Bataan.

Even legitimate residents of Bataan will not be allowed to enter, unless they are covered by the essential travel requirement, Garcia said.
