“Kindness begets kindness po.”

That was Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda’s reaction after receiving aid from the Batangas government following the destruction caused by Typhoon “Ulysses.”

In a Facebook post, the governor posted pictures of face and respirator masks sent by the Batangas LGU as well as a water treatment system.
