Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda on Sunday said the worst was over for Pampanga province as Typhoon “Rolly” began leaving the country after devastating Bicol region.

Malapit na pong lumabas ang Bagyong Rolly sa Philippine Area of Responsibility bukas,” he said.

The governor expressed his thanks for the first responders who helped in the emergency response.

Manatili po sana kayong ligtas,” Pineda said.

Maraming salamat po!” he said.
