The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) has sealed a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Education (DepEd) Zambales Schools Division Office, in order to collaborate in the implementation of programs, projects, and activities that focus on the development of the youth.

The partnership aims to help students in Zambales to become responsible leaders by providing training and lectures that will not only enhance their learning but also promote positive behavior, officials said.

She also expressed her hopes that this partnership will bring positive changes to the youth in Zambales.

According to PIA Regional Director William Beltran, his agency will be providing various activities to enhance the skills of learners in Zambales and mold them into becoming more productive citizens of the nation.

He also said that PIA will provide training on public speaking skills, basic journalism skills, and cyber-readiness, with the goal of nation-building and youth mobilization.

He added that both PIA and DepEd Zambales are looking forward positively to the activities that will be carried out through this partnership.
