Bataan 1st District Representative Geraldine Roman had a chance to inspire more millennials.

The politiko recently spoke to students from various schools, colleges, and universities during her “Awakening Your Sense of Community” talk at the House of Representatives.

What did Roman tell them?

“You should be open to opportunities to lead and serve the community. Overcome your insecurities and feelings of self-inadequacy, motivated by your noble dreams for your communities and the country. Address your perceived limitations to improve your skills and capacities and decide now,” said Roman

Yesterday I spoke before millenials from different schools, colleges and universities about "Awakening your Sense of Community". I told them that as they journey through life and pursue their dreams, it is not only personal ambition and material gain that matters. "You should be open to opportunities to lead and serve the community. Overcome your insecurities and feelings of self-inadequacy, motivated by your noble dreams for your communities and the country. Address your perceived limitations to improve your skills and capacities and DECIDE NOW." (At the Liyab Youth Leadership Seminar organized by the House of Representatives.)
