Pasiwen tells all-women batch of PNP recruits to serve public well

The Central Luzon police director, Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen, administered the oath of office to the 181 newly appointed police personnel, all of them women, to prove their worth in joining the Philippine National Police (PNP) organization.

“Today your commitment to our country as law enforcers will commence,” he said, addressing the new recruits.

“You should always aim to serve the public with utmost dedication bearing the core values of our organization — MakaDiyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa,” said Pasiwen in his message.

The Police Regional Office 3 chief administered the oath of office of the new members of the PNP in a ceremony held at Camp Captain Julian Olivas, San Fernando City.

After the oath-taking was the ceremonial awarding of the bank payroll cards to the new PNP members.

Pasiwen said they were chosen after a stringent screening process conducted by the Regional Screening Committee on Recruitment.

The recruits will be sent to the Regional Training Center 3 in Magalang, Pampanga for the mandatory six-month of Public Safety Basic Recruit Course training and six months of Field Training Program as part of their preparation as police officers.
