It seems even Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino is having as much fun as the participants of the recently opening summer sports clinic in the city.
The politiko showed off his wacky side and posed with some children for a picture. But get this – instead of just doing the typical peace sign, Paulino posted with his 4 fingers up on each hand.
