Halloween came early for Pampanga Governor Dennis Delta Pineda. And he wants to scare all of us.
On his Facebook account, he shared a video of Japanese boys sighting a ghost in Japan. The almost five-minute video has gone viral with 27,000 views but netizens are divided. Most say that the video is fake and did not catch any real ghost on tape.
