Pampanga, Bulacan top Region 3 provinces w/ new COVID cases

Health authorities are seeing a gradual rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in Central Luzon over the past two weeks.
Pampanga, including Angeles City, recorded the highest number of new cases reported in that period with 118 cases.
Bulacan was next with 116, followed by Tarlac with 39, Bataan with 33, Nueva Ecija with 24, Zambales, including Olongapo City, with 19, and Aurora with three.
The region had the fourth highest number of new COVID-19 cases among all regions, according to the Department of Health (DOH).
Central Luzon recorded 352 new cases of COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days. The National Capital Region recorded 2,365 cases, Region IV-A or Calabarzon had 726, and Region VI or Western Visayas had.
The number of active COVID-19 cases in Central Luzon as of Monday stood at 345.
