What a refreshing gathering for the Pampanga Provincial government!
2nd district of Pampanga Board Member Fritzie David Dizon was in high spirits when she attended the SP Regular Session last Monday. She removed her mask for selfies with her colleagues and damn did she look blooming! She was happy to be in the company of like-minded public servants who were serious in business with Vice Governor Lilia Pineda and her son Pampanga Governor Delta Pineda.
