A South Korean construction firm will build a P2.6-billion tourism estate inside the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

POSCO Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd., one of the largest construction firms in the world, led the groundbreaking ceremony for “The Sharp Clark Hills,” Clark’s first premium residential town.

The company will be in charge with the development and construction of the state-of-the-art condominium buildings, including support amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa and other related facilities.

The new tourism estate will rise on a 2.3-hectare area and will have five 21-story high-rise condominium buildings with a total of 508 units.
