Mayor Rey Catacutan flexes Capas’ newly-renovated elementary school

Capas Mayor Rey Catacutan couldn’t be prouder.

He took to Facebook to share photos of the newly-renovated Gabaldon Elementary School. The school’s silver sign glistened under the sun as the Philippine flag swayed with the wind.

There was a new computer room and a home for the local radio station DZGG 102.8. See photos of the new development
