Balanga City Francis Garcia recently taught Bantay, Ilocos Sur Mayor Sammy Parilla and Ilocos Sur Board Member Christopher Baterino some of the city’s best practices.
“These discussions and sharing of best practices were all aimed to help Ilocos Sur in the development of their own birding spot which would benefit not only its residents and tourists, but most especially our feathered friends,” said the politiko on Facebook.
