Mayor Garbo of Mabalacat City, Pampanga launches Caragan Festival 2019

Mayor Crisostomo Garbo of Mabalacat City, Pampanga launched on Thursday the city’s month-long Caragan Festival 2019.
According to the city information office, Garbo stressed in a press conference the importance of continuing on with the activity “because it encompasses the culture and heritage of the city.”
The festival includes the holding of the Queen Mabalacat City Pageant and Haring Caragan 2019, Free Dance and Street Dance Competition and Interpretation, and Farmers’ Day.
There will also be a Basketball Exhibition Game between Team Mabalacat City Government and the All Star cast of ‘Ang Probinsyano.’
Garbo thanked the city council for approving the funds for the celebration, the city information office said.(END)
